THE QUICK PROCESS EXPLAINED

The Bid Process

We think bidding should be accessible. So we've created system to make it easier.

This is the process where you are trying to find a bid

If you find a bid of interest, we will review it to ensure you meet all requirements. If you can't find suitable bids, our team can locate and explain them to you. For those who prefer to search independently, we've developed software to simplify the process. Once we identify a solicitation that fits your qualifications, we move on to the next stage.

This is where we ask for the information needed for the proposal

We will inform you of the required information, such as formation documents, past experience, insurance documents, and company details. Additionally, we will review all bid documents to identify what needs your signature. You will receive a detailed guide outlining your responsibilities, and we are always available to assist you.

This is the process where our team starts writing the proposal for your company

The timeframe for completing a bid can vary depending on its size, but transparency is our priority. We will consistently update you on our progress. Typically, this process can take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week.

This is the phase where the bid is submitted

This process is quick and straightforward. You will receive your finished proposal along with instructions for submission, usually via email or portal. If you encounter any difficulties, we can submit it on your behalf with your permission.

You will see the award status of the bid

We continuously monitor all submitted bids so we can promptly inform you when a proposal is successful. The procurement officer typically takes one to two weeks to choose the best bid, depending on its size and whether it is federal, state, or local. Once you win the bid, you will receive further instructions on how to commence the service you bid on.
